- Be aware of and follow all range safety rules.
- Eye and hearing protection are required at all times.
- All exploding targets, other explosive devices, armor piercing, incendiary, and tracer ammunition are NOT allowed.
- When not on the firing line, all firearms should be unloaded and the breach or bolt open.
- Know your firearm, including the proper ammunition and make sure it is safe to shoot.
- Know your target and what is behind it prior to shooting.
- Novice shooters are required to be accompanied by an experienced shooter to assure the novice follows all gun safety rules.
- Be aware of those around you. If you should see an unsafe situation, address it with those involved or bring it to the attention of a club worker.
- The use of alcohol or drugs prior to or during the use of the club, as well as eating or drinking while on the firing line is strictly prohibited.
- All shooting should be done from either the designated shooting benches or the firing lines.
- The different ranges are setup for different firearms, so you need to make sure you are using the correct firearm on the correct range.
- Shoot only at the intended targets. Do not destroy target holders, trap houses, signs, light poles etc.
